a) When calling up the website

When you access and use this website, our web provider automatically collects data and information from the computer system of your end device. This information is stored in a so-called log file for up to 14 days. The following data is collected and stored until automated deletion:

IP address of the requesting computer
Time stamp (date/time) of access
Name and URL of the requested content
Website from which the access was made (referrer URL)
Name and version of the browser software as well as the operating system of your computer
Name of the access provider.
This information is processed to enable a smooth connection setup of the website and an effective use of our internet offer. Furthermore, this data is used to ensure system security and stability, which are technically necessary to display our website to you and to ensure stability and security.

The legal basis for the data processing is Art. 6 para.1 p.1 lit. f DSGVO. Our legitimate interest follows from the data processing purposes listed above. In addition, we use cookies when you visit our website. You will find more detailed explanations under c).

b) When contacting us

If you contact us, e.g. by e-mail or via the contact form in the “Contact” section, the personal data you provide will be collected and stored by us for the purpose of responding to your request or processing and handling your inquiry. The data will be deleted after the final processing of your request, unless the further storage and processing is necessary for the fulfillment of contractual obligations or for the further implementation of pre-contractual measures with you.

The legal basis for the data processing follows from Art. 6 para. 1 p.1 lit. b DSGVO, otherwise from our legitimate interest in processing your request (Art. 6 para.1 p.1 lit. f DSGVO).

c) Cookies

We use temporary cookies on our website. These are small files that are stored on your terminal device when you visit our site. In the cookie, information is stored that arises in connection with the visit to our website (so-called session) and that relates exclusively to the browser or the end device used by you and the requests made through it (so-called session ID). The use of these cookies serves to ensure the effective use of our offer, in particular the navigation within the website for you. This enables us to assign the various requests made by your browser to a common session and to recognize the end device when you return to our website. The session cookies are automatically deleted when you log out or close the browser. The processing of data by means of these cookies is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. f DSGVO for the aforementioned purposes to protect our legitimate interests in the best possible functionality of the website and a user-friendly design of the page visit.

4. Rights of the data subject

You have the right:

In accordance with Art. 15 DSGVO, to request information about your personal data processed by us. In particular, you can request information about the processing purposes, the category of personal data, the categories of recipients to whom your data has been or will be disclosed, the planned storage period, the existence of a right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing or objection, the existence of a right of complaint, the origin of your data if it has not been collected by us, as well as the existence of automated decision-making, including profiling, and, if applicable, meaningful information about its details;
pursuant to Art. 16 DSGVO, to request the correction of incorrect or incomplete personal data stored by us without undue delay;
pursuant to Art. 17 DSGVO, to request the erasure of your personal data stored by us, unless the processing is necessary for the exercise of the right to freedom of expression and information, for compliance with a legal obligation, for reasons of public interest or for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims;
pursuant to Art. 18 DSGVO, to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data, insofar as the accuracy of the data is disputed by you, the processing is unlawful, but you object to its erasure and we no longer require the data, but you need it for the assertion, exercise or defense of legal claims or you have objected to the processing pursuant to Art. 21 DSGVO;
pursuant to Art. 20 DSGVO, to receive your personal data that you have provided to us in a structured, common and machine-readable format or to request that it be transferred to another controller;
insofar as data processing is based on your consent, in accordance with Art. 7 (3) DSGVO, to revoke your consent once given to us at any time with effect for the future. This will result in us deleting the data concerned without delay, insofar as further processing cannot be based on another legal basis.

5. Right of objection

6. Data security

We take all reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against accidental or intentional manipulation, partial or complete loss, destruction or against unauthorized access by third parties. Our security measures are continuously improved in line with technological developments.


7. Duration of storage of personal data

The data listed under point 2a) will be deleted after 14 days at the latest.

The data processed in the course of contacting us (see point 2b)) will be deleted after the final processing of your request, otherwise, if they are no longer necessary to achieve the purpose of the processing (for the performance of the contract or for the implementation of pre-contractual measures) and no legal obligations (e.g. retention periods) or legitimate interests on our part (e.g. for the defense of legal claims) conflict with a deletion.
